Return Policy

  • All returns must be made within 30 days from delivery date to customer.
  • All products must be returned in new, unused & sellable condition & in original packaging with care to prevent damage from shipping.
  • All returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • All Non Defective returns that are used or damaged will affect refund amount.
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise directed. COD returns will be refused by our shipping department.
  • All Returns must include packing slip with Customer Name and Order#.
  • Clearance and special-order products are non-returnable.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days, from the date we receive your return, to process.


Missing Parts – Please contact us immediately if your order is missing parts. We would be happy to expedite missing or replacement parts at no charge.

Incorrect Product – Incorrect orders can occur, we understand. If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make it right.

Return Instructions

  1. Carefully prepare the items for shipping. Check contents to make sure items are placed in original packaging and that no parts are missing. NOTE: ANY SCRATCHES OR OTHER DAMAGE ON MERCHANDISE WILL AFFECT REFUND AMOUNT.
  2. Place ‘Return Packing Slip’ (or your own) Inside box with required information; Name, Order# & Reason for return.
  3. Seal box adequately with tape and Ship to the following address:
